By downloading, installing, or using the Skoryum AI application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Skoryum AI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered football predictions, match analysis, live scores, and personalized football content. The App offers users an AI chat assistant, match predictions, and detailed statistics.

2. Account Creation

• You may need to create an account to use the App.
• You are responsible for ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date.
• It is your responsibility to protect the security of your account.
• You cannot use this application if you are under 13 years of age.

3. Usage Rules

You agree to follow these rules when using the App:

• You will use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You will respect the rights of other users.
• You will not engage in activities that may compromise the security of the App.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, extract source code, or modify the App.
• You will not use the App for spam, malware, or other malicious content.

4. AI Predictions and Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Match predictions and analyses provided by Skoryum AI are for informational purposes only.

• Predictions are generated by artificial intelligence algorithms and do not guarantee 100% accuracy.
• Predictions are not betting or gambling advice.
• Users are responsible for decisions they make based on predictions.
• Skoryum AI is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from prediction outcomes.

5. Premium Subscription

• A paid subscription may be required for premium features.
• Subscription fees are collected through the App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• Cancellations must be made through the relevant app store.
• Refund policies are subject to Apple and Google's policies.

6. Intellectual Property

• The App and its content are the intellectual property of Skoryum AI.
• Logos, designs, text, and other content are protected by copyright.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

For information on how your personal data is collected and processed, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Changes

• Skoryum AI reserves the right to modify the app and its services without prior notice.
• Features may be added, changed, or removed.
• Pricing changes will be communicated in advance.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following situations:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal activities
• Behavior harmful to other users
• Extended period of inactivity

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Skoryum AI does not guarantee that the app will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for interruptions of third-party services (APIs, payment systems, etc.).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction in case of any dispute.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through in-app notifications. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
